By accessing or using Datafin (datafin.in), a product owned and operated by InvestorZone and UnlistedZone ("the Firm"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the website.

Datafin provides an AI-powered intelligence platform for Indian corporate data. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Company search and discovery using MCA data
• Comprehensive company reports with financial analysis
• AI-generated insights and risk assessments
• Director search and cross-referencing (DIN lookup)
• MCA Valuation Report procurement services
• Credit rating and compliance tracking

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. Paid Services & Payments

Certain services on Datafin, including but not limited to unlocking detailed company reports, purchasing MCA Valuation Reports, and refreshing data, are offered as paid services. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a report cannot be delivered due to MCA data unavailability, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Datafin, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and AI models, is the property of InvestorZone and UnlistedZone or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the data or reports without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or services

7. Data Privacy

Your use of Datafin is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestorZone and UnlistedZone shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Datafin. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InvestorZone and UnlistedZone, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of Datafin after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
